Responsibilities
Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-manicured landscapes.

Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.
Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance (required).
Valid Driver’s License (required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job site.

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a fleet of over 20 trucks, mowers, skid steers, excavators, and various equipment.
Utilize tools like Verizon Connect and Asset Tiger for tracking and managing assets.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
Organize and maintain the shop and yard to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct safety checks, ensure DOT compliance, and manage PPE inventory.
Assist in purchasing new equipment and tracking repairs.
Coach and promote safe driving habits among team members.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with landscaping or construction equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and systems.
Problem-solving skills with high energy and initiative.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
Welding skills and a willingness to obtain a CDL if not already held.
Proficiency in organizing and optimizing systems and processes.
