• Organize and maintain the shop and yard to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct safety checks, ensure DOT compliance, and manage PPE inventory.
• Assist in purchasing new equipment and tracking repairs.
• Coach and promote safe driving habits among team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with landscaping or construction equipment.
